i have been using the isy99 for a few months now maybe. it has been great. I purchased two more 6 button keypad linc switches to replace a single switch. things have been going down hill since. i pulled the switch and put the new 6 button switch in place. i added it to the links and it appeared good. however, when i dragged the device into the 'All Devices' scene i had created, it will never respond to the all off of the scene as all the other devices do. i have reset the switch and tried everything i can think of.

 

i can control the device by selecting it and clicking on or off. but never works in the scene

The first question is: have you checked the on level/ramp rate for KPL for that scene? Also, do you have any controllers in the scene? If so, does your KPL respond to those controllers? In short, we need to isolate the problem to PLM->Device issue vs. Device->Device issue.
