Admin console device tree icons?

Featured Replies

Can someone point me to the documentation on what the various device tree icons mean?  Users guide seems to only explain a couple and I dont see on wiki

My current question is what does the icon shown as 2 red spheres connected by a zig zag line mean?  And can that indication in fron of my wireless motion sensor be related to why it sends Ons but not Offs to the ISY even though the option "On Commonads Only" is NOT checked.

My sincere thanks!

That icon is only meant to mean its a motion sensor. It has no bearing on options or state of the sensor.

Might suggest a factory reset and add back to ISY to see if OFF commands are being sent

This question comes up now and then and sometimes there are new icons with an update and wiki is not updated.

Therefore, why not have a selection under "Help" that shows the tree of devices and each icon with a brief description and for the program tab for folders and programs?

This way it will always be up to date for the version being used.
