Somfy shades and ZRTSI bridge

I've noticed that the status of the Somfy shades (open/closed) is not correctly displayed,  i.e. when the shades are opened or closed the status is not updated in the ISY.

I'm currently running 4.7.3

I'm not sure if this is an issue with the ZRTSI (RTS to Zwave) bridge or the ISY.  Has anyone experienced this issue?

Is this when you control them from ISY, or physically, or both?

Sometimes the status is accurately displayed in the ISY and sometimes not.

I just rebooted the ISY and now the status is displaying correctly, but I'm not sure for how long.

I have good communications within the Zwave network, the Somfy shades always respond properly to commands from the ISY.

No Zwave errors that I noticed but hundreds of 170001 errors (see attached sample).

I've also noticed that after I've written or modified and saved a program(s) I sometimes get program anomalies which usually clear up after a ISY reboot. My thinking is that an ISY configuration file is "misbehaving".

i.e,. I had one non-zwave program that only runs at a set time during the day run during the 3 am query, this was a one time event

Currently all the Somfy device status are showing correctly.

 

. There was no logical reason for it to run at that time.

The 17000 entries are informational messages. Do you have any programs that impact these Somfy devices?

Hi Michel,

I have numerous programs that control the Somfy shades. I've gone over them and made a few changes.  The Somfy device status have been correctly displaying in the ISY for the last few days. So far go good!

This is the program that ran at the 3 am query and sent the email. It only happened that one time. The luminance was well below 1000 and outside of the time frame  when the program was triggered so the IF clause should have been False.

 

Front Door light level EMAIL - [ID 0040][Parent 0001]

If
        (
             From    11:00:00AM
             To       8:00:00PM (same day)
         And Status  'ZW Front Door Multilevel Sens' > 1000 lux (Luminance)
        )
 
Then
        Wait  5 minutes
        Send Notification to 'ISY  Message Home' content 'ZW Front door lumens'
 
Else
   - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action')
