Says Product Is Unavailable in Red letters and the tab where you pick a quantity says Out Of Stock. With no added information. Could be discontinued or being updated to a newer model. They've been discontinuing some items, not sure if that's the case with 2441zth. UPDATE I just spoke with Smarthome, the 2441ZTH has been discontinued, I use several of them to monitor temperature and humidity. Guess I'll have to switch over to Zwave when they fail.. I have a couple buildings out back that I need to know the temp of, but obviously do not need a full blown thermostat, as there is no furnace out there.

Zwave has several options, one being the Multisensor 6
