Posted January 8, 20196 yr My portal subscription expired so I followed the directions to renew it. I paid for it and got instructions on how to install it. I followed the instruction to: in the admin console, click on help > Manage Modules This will supposedly reboot the isy - IT DOES NOT, all I get is -Your Modules are Up to date! I click okay NOTHING HAPPENS!!! This is infuriating! Did I just flush $23 down the toilet?
January 8, 20196 yr I don’t think you need to reinstall it if you are already using it and the subscription simply expired. The behavior of ‘manage modules’ has always been confusing to me, and I think it’s misnamed. It only adds a module if you don’t already have it installed and provides no other ‘management’ functionality. It sounds like it’s saying that it’s already installed, as expected.Are you sure it’s not working? I would expect the subscription to affect the server side, and it should just start working again.
