Replaced ISY & PLM. Used backup file and then replaced PLM. Restored and all work except:

When I create a nee scene the status shows devices have turned on but the physical device hasn't (24xx ect.). Individually, each device can be commanded on or off but when added to a scene they will not work. Any thoughts?
