Hide devices & programs view with ~ prefix

It's handy to not have devices appear in the UDAjax view when named with a ~ (tilde) prefix.   Unfortunately, this trick doesn't work when the view is Home Automation Dashboard, and it only works with devices, not programs.   (Tested on 5.0.14 beta)

I'd like ~Foldername and ~ProgramName to hide programs also.
