Is there any way I can use one command( example “turn on lights”) in bedroom where I have an echo spot and it would turn on only bedroom lights but when I use same command in kitchen where I have an echo show it would turn on kitchen lights?

Amazon provides for this via "Smart Home Groups." Search for help on that in the Alexa app. Basically, you create a group of devices that includes one Echo device.

From your Alexa app on your phone:

  1. Tap on Devices (lower right of screen).
  2. Tap on the "+" (upper right of screen).
  3. Tap on "Add Group"
  4. Choose or create name ("Bedroom").
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Tap on your bedroom echo device name.
  7. Scroll down and choose the device you want to control.
  8. Tap Save.

Now you can control that device by telling THAT echo to Turn on/off light, for example.
