ISY no longer communicating with SmartThings Hub

ISY is my primary Z-Wave controller for multiple years.  The SmartThings Hub is used as a Z-Wave Node so Echo can "discover" all of the devices.  It has worked flawlessly for multiple years for voice control of all of my devices.  I've added a couple of dimmers several months ago and they made the trip through to SmartThings and were "discovered by Alexa .  Everything had remained perfect at that time.

I just added another lamp dimmer to the system and discovered that it doesn't make the trip through to the SmartThings Hub.  It functions normally in the UD Administrative Console.

It appears that ISY is no longer talking to SmartThings which has to have happened in the past several months.

I'm not technically expert and have no idea where to start looking.  The system has functioned perfectly month after month up until this glitch.

What should I try?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
