Desertbat Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 I have been using Insteon equipment for quite a while. This is my second house upgrade and it has become quite large. I simply want to turn off the Automatic Writes to Devices as depicted in the wiki manual, but the option to do this in the File menu is missing, as is Automatic Writes to Battery Powered Devices. I have 5 remotes in the house and a water leak device that constantly get reported as not communicating. But more importantly, I have finally figured out a naming convention for all my light switches and module, and want to rename everyone. It is impractical for me to wait 30 seconds for the system to update on each rename. How do I get the two functions activated on my product?
mwester Posted May 7, 2019 Posted May 7, 2019 Upgrade to Pro. It's just a software change once you purchase the upgrade module from UDI.
