I have been using Insteon switches and cameras with the Insteon Hub for a few years without issue. The Hub went bad and now I would like to use the U-D ISY994i Pro with PLM. Everything is connected the same was as the Insteon Hub. It's asking for the UUID number in a specific format. I tried the serial number and that doesn't work. Also do I need to reset all the switches and cameras and reinstall everything? I have read that there are issues with the U-D controller but once everything is set up it works great. I would like to use the MobiLinc X app. Sorry, but I'm frustrated. I know these controllers are not "Plug & Play" but I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not. Thank you for your assistance.
