boojew Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 Hey guys - I have a Fanlinc 2475F (v.45) and recently it has started to turn on for <1s (i think to 100%) random times during the night. This is the only Insteon device in my house that I know of that behaves this way. We have only noticed it at 1 night and it only seems to happen every few days, but it's obviously had to know if/when it happens. From what I can tell, my ISY does not get an event when this happens, but I havent been able to validate this very well. Does anyone have any clue why this could be happening?

I have four running now without issue but had to go through eight of them to get there. They all had different symptoms some eventually totally failed, most of them hummed bad, some would operate at two speeds not three, etc, etc.

Of the 3 I have now, this one has already been replaced twice... I was hoping it was not a defective unit. Really losing patience with these.
lilyoyo1 Posted May 21, 2019 Posted May 21, 2019 Try a factory reset on it and then use the isy to restore
boojew Posted June 10, 2019 Author Posted June 10, 2019 Thanks and sorry for the late replies- I thought this may have solved the problem, but it's come back. Anyone else with suggestions?
