all programs fail to work, see out of memory under status

I am setting up my first program on a brand new ISY 994 pro device and am getting errors on every program that I attempt to write, regardless of how trivial the program is.  I see under activity "not loaded" and under status "out of memory" which is not possible.  I tried erasing the programs and writing from scratch with no luck.  I have another ISY device and have never seen this issue before.  I want to make sure I do not have a bad ISY device which was recently purchased.

What ISY firmware and UI are you using? They must match.

Are any of the front panel LEDs flashing in a pattern? Only the Power On LED should be On unless you are doing something.

When you power it up. Make sure you power up the 2413S PLM first and let it initialize. Then power up the ISY994i so it can find the PLM as it boots up.

You may want to power down everything and verify the SD card is securely seated in its socket. On the chance it is poorly seated.

To Larry's point, new ISY's are being shipped with Version 5 of ISY firmware. If you are using the version 4 admin console for your old ISY, that probably explains the problems you are seeing.

If you use the new ISY Launcher to launch the admin console, it will figure it out automatically

Thanks all, this was all brand new at my parents house.  I have everything working except the programs part.  I can link devices, program them, even control them from admin console.  With this information, could it still be a version difference or memory card not fully inserted?  I will check a few things today but I think something else is a miss.  Thanks!!  Any other ideas or things to check please let me know.

In the Help Tab. About choice. It should give you the Firmware and UI versions. That is where you can verify both are the same revision.

If the memory card was not seated. I doubt you would have been able to do what is working now and only the Programs seem to be bad.
