Admin Console Not Working - Windows 10

Not sure if I posted in the right location. I have an ISY944i which appears to be working OK. I tried to fire up the ISY Launcher on my Windows 10 device. No response. I can access the ISY using the ISP address, but can not get the admin console to start. It appears to work on my Windows 7 device (which is a dog). It worked about a week ago. There have been a few Windows 10 updates

I use windows 10 and am up to date.

If you updated ISY firmware, you also have to update the admin console.

Unless you’re using the newer admin console named “start” (?) which does not require any more further admin comse updates.

I hope this makes sense.

This happened to me as well until someone pointed out that I needed to increase the Java memory. Right now I am writing this on a MAC so I dont exactly remember how to do this, but it should not be too complicated.
