Posted June 21, 20196 yr isy 5013d zwave addon, version 21100 added three GE switches, everything worked fine, then tried to add an august lock ... now nothing zwave works anymore, if i put it in learning mode, or add .. nothing responds. i have one of the ge switches right next to the isy controller to avoid distance issues .. click the switch on/off while in learn/add mode .. nothing .. it sits there forever. who has a clue to either remove or start from scratch .. or reset, powercycle isy did not help at all. thanks !

July 2, 20196 yr When you say nothing works, What specifically isn't working? When it comes to troubleshooting details matter. Are you saying the ge switches no longer work either? Are you able to query them and get status? Are you able to control them from the console? If manually controlled do the changes show up in the ISY? Are both the firmware and UI 5.13? Was the August lock within 3 feet when you tried to exclude and then add?
July 2, 20196 yr Author the ge switches were added, and worked, then the august lock was added, and everything stopped, i cannot remove/add any of the zwave devices, all insteon is still functional. the lock was within 3 feet from one of the switches i am using the java shortcut, so i am assuming it's using the same UI version, since it pulls it from the isy device itself hope this helps. i guess what i am looking for is a way to completely get the zwave devices removed, so i can add them again without the august

July 2, 20196 yr If you reset the z-wave you will need to exclude all of the devices that were previously included to the z-wave network.
