pmhgeneral Posted July 14, 2019 Share Posted July 14, 2019 Hello All, New Portal user just purchase, and preordered my Polisy Pro and i'm in need of a little understanding of how do I now login to my ISY 994ipro using my iPhone app remotely to turn lights On/Off. I have the portal setup with my ISY, Account Created, Verified, Module approved, and so on as per instructions. what I don't understand is I have the app Ekeypad Pro but was never able to use for remote access because of port forwarding problems, so my question is how? what else do I need like setting up the ports in the app is it 443? HTTPS? which IP address do use? and login and pw, sorry if this is stupid I just need to be pointed in the right direction this is the part I don't understand. Thank You in Advance! pmhgeneral. simplextech Posted July 14, 2019 Share Posted July 14, 2019 In eKPro you the steps are as follows: Config -> Automation Systems -> MyISY (whatever you named it) -> Configuration Details Network Address = my.isy.io Port Number = 443 ISY Username = Your portal login ISY Password = Your portal password Link to comment

Again Thank You. That information can be used by almost? anything to connect to your ISY through the Portal connection. The ISY Portal acts as a proxy service to your ISY so anything that can make an secure (port 443) HTTP connection and authenticate should work. Link to comment

Yes port 443 is the default port for HTTPS. YES definitely go into your router and clean up / remove the port forwarding rules. Link to comment
