I have a 994i zw which I set up a couple of months ago, to replace an older 994i that died. Everything was working as it should. Last week I found it necessary to replace the C drive on my primary computer. Come to get the ISY Launcher set up again on that computer and find that when I get to the logon screen it no longer recognizes my username/password and I cannot log onto the ISY. Oddly, I now have the same problem on my downstairs computer which I haven't touched and was accessing the ISY with no problems at all until now. I do have a back-up ISY file on hand, but I can't get onto the ISY to attempt to restore the backup. The ISY is continuing to run all of my daily routines as always. Suggestions?

Try admin/admin in case it reset for some reason
