asbril Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 I have a special need whereby (so far) only Inovelli switches give me the solution. It is about a 3 way whereby the location of the auxiliary switch is in a concrete wall and no Zwave switch fits. With Inovelli, I can use their Zwave switch as main switch and use a plain standard on/off switch as auxiliary. For whatever reason my Inovelli switch stopped communicating with my ISY. I tried excluding and including again, but that did not work. It seems that the Zwave feature just stopped working. I still had another Inovelli switch wihich I used to replace the one in place. As before it works manually. When trying to include in my ISY, I put the ISY in "include", pressed the Inovelli switch 6 times upwards and the ISY Include window closed as it supposed to do. Unfortunately, in the event viewer it gives the message that "Can not add primary node for 77.0" . I tried several times, but same result. Anyone has an idea, or knows about other brands that accept plain standard (non HA) switches as auxiliary ? Many thanks ISY-Events-Log.v5.0.15A__Sun 2019.07.28 04.48.29 PM.txt
simplextech Posted July 28, 2019 Posted July 28, 2019 The Zooz switches work with standard switches in a 3-way configuration as well. https://www.thesmartesthouse.com/collections/light-switches
Michel Kohanim Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 @asbril, Please submit a ticket. It's very difficult and time consuming to debug through the forum. With kind regards, Michel

With kind regards, Michel Thanks Michel, Surprisingly while creating an event log to send to ISY Support, the device was finally included to my ISY, even though yesterday I had tried multiple times without success, even after a reboot of the ISY. I like the Inovelli switches and am curious about their upcoming new switches, but this is not the first time that I have issues with Inovelli switches and have replaced them already several times. I hope that Eric reads this forum and pays attention.
