Anyone try to use iBlinds with ISY zwave?

I recently got a few iBlinds (https://myiblinds.com/) which are zwave controllable blind motors. I can get them paired to the ISY but they come in as on / off lights (no dimming). The blinds will either close with an 'off' command then on the 'on' command they will rotate and full close facing the other way. I need to find a way to send a 50% command. Is there a parameter I can set to make the ISY see these as dimable lights rather than just on / off? If anyone has any experience I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.

I do not have these, but have been looking at getting a few.  Looking through their Knowledge Base, found these articles which kind of sounds like what you are describing.  If you have already seen these, would be interested in knowing what you find as a fix

Been wanting to try blind control and when I saw this in the 5.0.16 release notes 0000697 - ISY only allows on/off for iBlinds control I pulled the trigger and bought a kit. I thought that meant the issue was fixed and since I'm running 5.0.16C I thought I would have partial opening control, but no only on/off. However, for me on opens the blinds to a horizontal open position (i.e., can see through) and off closes. Any update from anyone on their experience?

@Chris Jahn Can you clarify if 5.0.16 is supposed to have partial open control for iBlinds? 5.0.16 release notes 0000697 - ISY only allows on/off for iBlinds control

Thanks,

Mike

Never mind, last night when I first installed the multilevel switch didn't have a status field, but this morning it does. Can confirm partial opening and closing in both directions works. Thanks!

FYI, below is info to get proper status reported. I only bought one as a test and now that it's fully functional, time to get more. Also, the sun position nodeserver is a great way determine when to open based on sun angle.

It's a battery powered device but does not support the Wakeup command class which is unusual.  It also appears to always be awake because you can send it on/off commands.  Therefore, try setting these options:

right+click on the node, select Z-Wave -> Z-Wave Options -> Always Awake -> Yes

right+click on the node, select Z-Wave -> Z-Wave Options -> Automatically sends status updates -> No -> Set for all nodes for this device
