2476D sends/receive Fast On event to ISY but not On event

Weird issue here - I have a 2476D.  Fast On events are both received by the switch (from the ISY) and received by the ISY (from the switch), but regular On events are not.

Both fast and normal Off events work fine.

Tried restoring device but no luck.  Ideas?

Did you factory reset the switch before linking it to ISY?  These devices contain CPUs running programs and eproms that remember the last clown touching them, especially at the factory.

Factory reset the device and then restore it with Admin Console.

Well, was working fine for a year or two then this just started.

But I will try the factory reset anyway when I get home tonight.

Tried a factory restart + restore but no joy.

Any other ideas?  Never seen one fail in this manner so feel like something else is up.
