Fast On events are both received by the switch (from the ISY) and received by the ISY (from the switch), but regular On events are not. Both fast and normal Off events work fine. These devices contain CPUs running programs and eproms that remember the last clown touching them, especially at the factory. Factory reset the device and then restore it with Admin Console.
