I just got Microsoft Laptop 3 and can not get admin console to work on Google, Edge or Explorer.  On my old PC, it only worked on Explorer and I made sure to never update it..  Does anyone know of either an Apple app that will allow changing/updating programs for lighting or how to get to admin console ?

You should be using the ISY Launcher instead of your browser to launch the Admin Console.  The only time you'll need a browser is to download the 'start.jnlp. file.  The launcher also provides the benefit of always starting the appropriate version of the Admin Console for your firmware.
