When I logged into the admin console I found that I was getting a "Failed to Communicate with" alert saying that it cannot communicate with a device. No big deal right? Just click ok and move through it? I did just that; I clicked "OK." but that box does not go away and I cannot get it to go away, even after several device reboots. tonkamedic Posted December 10, 2019 Author Share Posted December 10, 2019 The PLM is 3 feet away from the device. what "device" are you asking about? The ISY is a ISY994i/Zw, the PLM is the standard Smarthome PLM with the ethernet plug on it, and the device causing an issue is an Insteon 2475. It's been offline for about a year. The 2475 is a hardwired device that I cannot easily move. Unfortunately, I am not able to do anything in the admin console due to this error.
