Honeywell TH6320 Tstat can't set fractional heat setpoint

Hi James, I have a couple of TH6320ZW2003 Honeywell thermostats.  While they do allow setting heat/cool setpoints in .5 degree increments (either C or F) apparently the ZWave support for fractional degrees is either broken or missing according to UDI. If you try a fractional settting, the only result is a heat setting of 4.5.  Is there any logic Agave can use to identify these devices and only allow full degree changes?
