rs1978 Posted December 26, 2019 Posted December 26, 2019 I have an IO linc (2450) device that has worked for years. Today ISY started complaining that it cannot communicate to this device. I tried restoring the device, but no luck. I deleted the device, did a factory reset and while trying to add, i am getting the following error: Device could not be added: - Cannot determine Insteon Engine. Help!!!
