Steve Lairson
Just hooked up the Polisy Pro and on boot, it is just stuck in a two beep loop. Been 10-15 minutes. I have tried holding down the reset button on the front with a paperclip for as long as 20 seconds, and I have power cycled it a few times. Still just beeps... any suggestions would be great, or how to I RMA this unit if I got a lemon?

Steve Lairson
They will direct you to putty in and run some commands.https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Polisy_Keeps_Beeping This did not correct it for me, but it did get me the updates applied. I have a ticket open as well. Will update here if I get it resolved.
