Can you please reboot one more time and then send your error log to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel So I've been rebooting my ISY remotely (via an IP controlled power device) about every 10ish minutes. Still no connectivity in the ISY portal.
tmenear Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 This could be complete coincidence, but I'm trying to approve my device in the portal, and I'm getting "Bad Request". No other info seems to be available. I don't know if this is related or not, but I'm letting you know in case it is diagnostically relevant to the other ongoing issue. Talbot

Bigm Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 @tmenear I got the same result as you. I hope it is linked to the titled updates and not mine...
PurdueGuy Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Looks like I am back in business! Alexa works, and my Polyglot heartbeats restarted! Thanks!
Bigm Posted April 12, 2020 Posted April 12, 2020 Hi guys. ... seems to be working now... at least for me...

bmercier Posted April 12, 2020 Author Posted April 12, 2020 Problem is now resolved. There was a misconfiguration on one of the proxy servers. When ISYs reconnected, they were directed to the less busy proxy server... which happened to be the one with the issue. Benoit 1
