Write changes 1011 next to Z Wave device

I have a mixed system with mostly Insteon, some X10, and a few Z  Wave devices running on v5.0.16C. Recently I bought a new Z Wave Plus Eva Logik Outdoor Smart Plug ZW96. It included fine and operates with no problem but has the green 1011 next to the device in the device tree. I've tried to Write changes, Heal etc, but nothing seems to get rid of it. Am I missing something? Can Z Wave devices be written to like Insteon devices? I'm fairly new to Z Wave and have been slowly adding them to my system but never ran across this before. Any help on this will be appreciated.

Activate that node and reboot the controller and see if the 1011 goes away.

Thanks for the quick reply Teken! Not sure what you meant by Activate that node but I tried a reboot and it's still there.

In your image capture the node in question indicates a On-Off Power switch. Is this switch present or it's the famous ghost node where that specific feature doesn't actually exist in the hardware? If the latter than what most people do is move that node into a folder just to hide it so it can die there.

If the former please do turn that switch on and off - than reboot.

The reason for doing so is sometimes the controller will finally  initiate the write updates once it sees the hardware has been activated.

It is definitely not a ghost node. There was only the one node created when I added the device the first time. I also tried to Exclude then Include a second time but the 1011 returns. I can click on the node and turn the switch On/Off with no problems.

To be clear Nodes 6 & 8 are real and can be used?!? I was just wondering if there was a duplicate and if so just hide it or delete said node.

Correct,  the two nodes, 6 On-Off Power Switch and 6 Scene Button 1 are actually from an Inovelli switch and operates fine. The one with the 1011 issue is the single node 8 On-Off Power Switch. I can operate both switches with no problem, the only issue is getting rid of the 1011.

Note: Sorry Teken, I know I should have my Z Wave devices named. I did, but just recently upgraded to v5.0

I have the same with one of my Zwave devices and to the best of my knowledge, the ISY is not yet set up to write updates. Someone suggested to temporarily transfer the device to a Zwave stick, do the update, and then transfer back to ISY. As the device works fine, I can not be bothered by this.

Thank you so much for the information Asbril. The switch does work, but I am fairly new to using Z-Wave and was not sure what was going on. I've been slowly adding more and more Z-Wave devices to my system. So far I have 3 Aeotec Gen5 Sirens, a Dome Siren that I use as an "Automatic" doorbell and a couple of switches and am completely happy with all of them. I've been in HA since ? the 70's but didn't bother with Z-Wave since I already started with X10. One day when you have time, I'd like to pick your brain, since you are one of the forum's major investors of Z-Wave.

Thanks again to you and Teken for the help! Since the switch works, for now,  I'll just leave well enough alone.
