Admin Console shows "Z-Wave dongle not responding & Upgrade Z-wave Firmware as the only options available. All the other options that I was able to access are not shown. If I try to upgrade, it asks to exclude the Z-Wave dongle. Don't know what the Z-Wave dongle is. It all happened after having problem with a Kwikset lock tha I was able to lock but not unlock. I removed it from the console and I was trying to add it again and here is where I am. Any ideas? Thanks.
