Cant pair ir remote control with fan

Hello guys i have some smart products everything is working well but i can't pair my fan remote to smart ir control, fan remote brand is Hampton bay, i tried DIY custom but cant see any signal. If anybody have same problem ?

Have you tried the manufacturers of your products? They would be the best source

Does the original remote have an FCC Database number on it. If it does it is an RF signal not an IR signal.

If it is an RF remote. You can look up the frequency in the FCC Database.

Since you're using a fan remote, mostly likely it's an rf remote so it. Would not work with an ir remote
