What exactly does "ISY Finder: Not Found" mean?

I've been using my 994i for years and now when I start admin.jnlp with the current java release on our Windows 10 system I get the ISY Finder: Not Found error. I can access the 994i from the browser directly and see all my devices. The Admin console doesn't work because no browser supports Java anymore. I'd strongly suggest fixing or removing this options, it's misleading.

By connecting to //:isy i can access the 994i and turn lights on and off.

So what exactly does this error mean?

For anyone else with this problem. What I finally did to fix it was first go to my router and find the ip address 192.168.4.20. Then use the "Add" button from the admin screen and entered https://192.168.4.20. That showed a line with the ISY name. I clicked on that and it started the console.
