Control of Lutron shades

I am trying to use my ISY994i to control my Lutron shades. I have read everything I can find, but cannot make it work. I understand it uses "Telnet," which is enabled in the Lutron app.

I have imported the "Lutron-NR" file I downloaded into Network Resources. I have put in the correct Host, with the username and password. Not sure about the "Zone." Is that the scene name? device name? something else?

When I test it, it comes back with "login:  password:"  Does that mean it's not recognizing my login and password? Is Telnet not working?

Any help anyone could give me would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm going nuts....................... Does anyone have a step-by-step guide to doing this?

The NR is for each command. So, Zone is required. Also, please make sure you are using the correct username/password.
