no communication after lightning storm

Hi, 

I suspect my ISY has been damaged by a lightening storm. The insteon PLM connected to it was damaged and the ISY now has a blinking blue and red LEDs(error and memory).

The ethernet port on the back has no lights.

Any thoughts on what I should do? Do I need to buy a new one? Does UD repair them?

Try pilling the SD card out and back in to wipe the contacts.
Try a new SD card.
Try a new power adapter.
Try a different Ethernet port at the other end. Unplug and replug cables to wipe contacs.
