Gap in ISY license payment, now not active and offline

Paid for my renewal license on 10/23/2020.   They renewed my license for 11/1/2020 now there is a gap and it says not active.  Please help, also there is no portal tab in my configuration in admin console.

This sounds like worth opening a ticket to customer support

support@universal-devices.com  Include your UUID# with your portal userid.
