I have tried and failed to add an Insteon Mini Remote 8 Scenes.

I get the Error (Capture attached) Cannot Determine Insteon Engine.

Just purchased this device directly from Smarthome. Checked the count on my system and have about a hundred links. (Saw another topic that indicated the advance to Pro solved the issue)

There was a question about what unit number to select in the dropdown box, used the one indicated in the pix. Also used "Self Discover" with same result.

Have remote fully charged, turned on, but I did not push the Set button as I have not done that before.

Any suggestions, issues?

also, make sure the battery in the mini remote is fully charged and that's it's within range of either your PLM or a dual band device.
