Help with a halloween script

Hi,

I do a big Halloween event in my yard. I have multiple strobe lights, fog machines, things flying around the yard (etc).

Part of what I was doing with Homeseer that I would like to do with the ISY is:

If motion sensor A or motion sensor B goes off (and the guest room light is off - this is so I can turn the light in the guest room on & stop the script if need be).

Then:

Turn Porch light to 25%

Turn Porch light 2 to 25%

Turn front light to 25%

Turn Appliance linc 1 on

Turn Appliance linc 2 on

Turn Appliance linc 3 on

All for 2 minutes

Then

Turn Porch light to 100%

Turn Porch light 2 to 100%

Turn front light to 100%

Turn Appliance linc 1 off

Turn Appliance linc 2 off

Turn Appliance linc 3 off

However, I dont want this to be reactivated even if motion is sensed before 5 minutes after it finishes.

So, how can I do all that?
