ISY Launcher Keeps Closing

All,

When I use the ISY launcher to get into the admin console I can successfully enter my credentials, everything comes up normal and then almost immediately a box is displayed in the center of the screen (to fast to read what it actually says) and then the screen closes.  Any idea ?, using version 4.8

Is this the same fix for the ISY launcher app on my PC ?.  On a side note when I enter the IP in browser I can log into the device/dashboard but cannot get into the admin console either I just get a screen that shows "ISY Please keep this window open Java 2+ required" ?

I also just got into the dashboard and the error that comes up and I think it's the same that quickly flashes in the admin console is "IO error proxy device"

Also tried turning the AntiVirus on/off with no difference

That's usually a sign that Java is not installed/available. If it is installed, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling Java.
