Hi, I have 2 ISY994i's, one in my primary home, and a second in a guest house.  Both locations are serviced by the same LAN.  I have the ISY Portal Access licenses for both ISY's.  My Alexa app, via device discovery, correctly sees the devices associated to my Primary home ISY, but can't see the devices associated to the guest house ISY.  I've been on the ISY Portal and have devices corretly added to the Amazon Echo Device List with the correct spoken words.

Any ideas?

In the portal click "My Profile" then give Alexa access to all ISY's.  New devices will show up for second "home" in the Alexa app. You can assign home and room in the Alexa App. (or at least you can in the Google home app and I assume Alexa is similar).

Oh that's new to me.  I'll have to give that a try!

Thank you, that worked perfectly!

Only strange thing that happens for me is if I'm in one home and I ask to turn on a device that doesn't exist in that home, it seems to search the others and if it finds one that matches it turns it on. On the other hand, I have Kitchens in both and when I ask to turn on the kitchen lights it knows where I am.

I use two separate Amazon accounts and point each to one of my ISYs. It is awkward and a pain when you change accounts, but it eliminates confusion in device naming.
