Tarrega Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 I was attempting to change my email address on my main account in the ISY Portal. Now I cannot login to that account. When attempting to login, I receive an error message that the "User does not exist". If it's helpful in repairing the situation, I am still able to login to my two subaccounts... Any ideas?
