wmarrison Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 I have a Insteon Fan-link that operates my utility room fan, I also have two Insteon receptacles that operate my bedroom lights. Both are on separate circuits. I also have two Fan-Links both on the same circuit that operates my family room fans. My problem is when I try to operate the devices with Alexa i.e. "bedroom lights on" both the bedroom lights and the utility fan comes on. When I try to control one Fan-Link in the family room both come on. I have tried removing and reinstalling the links through the portal and Alexa app several times, with the same results. Thanks for the help in advance.
danncas Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 Disable your Alexa skill. Now try the same thing by the other means which you activate your device whether it be your computer or an app and see if the same thing happens 1
