TimCA Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 Good morning, I have a Insteon 2472DWH that I have lost the key to. I want to just switch a load on and off do I need a "dimmer key' or as the name implies is that only needed is I want to dim the lamp. Thanks Tim

Brian H Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 (edited) It is a magnet in the key that you put on to the device plugged to it. You can tape a magnet over the area where the key normally activates the outlet to operate. Edited January 6, 2021 by Brian H
