Aeotec states this sensor works with the ISY.  I purchase one and it enrolled in the network fine but it only displays two windows.  One is a "Notify Senor" with the state of the battery the second is "Binary Sensor"  With nothing in the window.  There are some configuration parameters (see screenshot).  I don't see anything related to temps or humidity.  I'm running z-wave version 4.55, bootloader version 1.03.  If anyone is running this sensor with good results I'd appreciate your thoughts.  Thanks

That zwave version looks like it is the older version zwave dongle. Newer zwave devices might not report all nodes or might not report them correctly.

In addition to what's been said/asked here, what specific Aeotec is it?  Specifically wondering it it's z-wave or z-wave+

@DennisC is exactly correct that you have an original Series 300 z-wave board in the ISY (a 500 series board would report v6.81).  This means that you can't directly upgrade to 5.3.0 as suggested by @Jimbo.   You can however upgrade the ISY firmware to version 5.0.16C if your aren't already there.  To move beyond 5.0.16C you much upgrade your z-wave board first.  UDI has special pricing based on the age of your ISY, contact support@universal-devices.com for more info on upgrading.

Yes, @MrBill, that's why I said: "You should be on 5.3.0 with latest zwave board" :)

And all that being said, there are possibly z-wave parameters you can set on the device to make the work better with the older ISY. Some settings I found useful are:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/108vJYiB7BZdLT5d8w8UAHrT18S_QfGMk1NWngz7U1_I/edit?usp=sharing

but you will have to search Aeotec's site to find the settings for that specific device.

Right, those of use that read it everyday understand, but I wanted to make it clear that @dpierre shouldn't jump into loading 5.3 and to note how far he could go if he was choosing to upgrade firmware.   I could have worded my sentence that referenced your comment better tho.

I'm running 5.3.0 with the 500 series board.  I installed the temperature and humidity sensor and found it to be unreliable, I finally gave up and uninstalled it.

I had numerous nodes, one that showed temperature, humidity and dewpoint, a notify node that showed battery condition,  plus a bunch of phantom nodes.

Thanks to everyone's replies... But now I have a bigger issue to contend with.  I performed a firmware upgrade and thought I had the z-wave devices backed-up (I didn't).  The ISY lost all of my z-wave devices.  The addresses are still in the devices, so I can't exclude then and re-enroll them/include.  Kinda stuck here.  Looks like I will have to do factory resets on EVERYTHING!  I have two RCS thermostats (TZ45R)  Can't locate how to do that, been looking all over the web... nothing.  Left a message with RCS, they have yet to get with me and and a SOMFY z-wave bridge (zursti) haven't even looked at that yet.  Guess you know what I'll be doing this weekend.  If you guys have any clue about resetting the thermostats or bridge would appreciate your thoughts AGAIN.  Once to get everything back to normal, this AEOTEC sensor is going on ebay!
