ISY not exporting to Alexa or Alexa not importing?

Hi,

 

I've been switching to a new ISY box with version 5.x.

 

I copied all my older commands from the old ISY in the portal to the new ISY then I deleted the old ISY.

 

There is only one ISY presently in my portal.

 

I did end up manually entering all my entries.

 

But now I noticed that Alexa is not showing them in the list after doing a Discover.

 

Any ideas

Log into the ISY Portal and click the "My Profile" tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  Check which is your "preferred" ISY, and how the dialog box below that is set.

Thanks that's what it was. I saw the old isy ID in the users tab but of course the new isy id is different and did show up in the isy tab. I just changed the settings to look at all isy's instead of the preferred that way I don't have to worry about this anymore. I did delete the old isy after I copied all my entries.

 

I have to check now to see if Alexa got all the entries. I went to the Alexa smart homes devices and deleted eveerything and re-run the Discover devices. I'm waiting to see if things are fine now,
