So I've had my ISY since 2018 and I have most of my house outfitted with Insteon products.  I found that it was very convenient to trigger programs via the fast on/off command or fade up/down as applicable.  Everything worked as expected for the first couple years and then sometime later I noticed that the programs had stopped working.  After some basic troubleshooting I determined that the fast on/off works locally as expected but the ISY doesn't seem to receive the command.  I checked the log and there were no corresponding entries to my attempts.  I recently ordered some new switches for some long overdue expansions and i decided to try a new one with my existing programs and they worked.  Now I'm wondering if the switches were damaged from a power surge or if it could have been some kind of update?  I've confirmed that all of my pre-existing devices have this issue but my new ones do not.  Is there a known fix for this?

Firmware and UI? Restore your devices by right clicking on the device and choosing restore
