SSamuels Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 https://my.isy.io/index.htm = Portal Login Successful When Polyglot is selected I get red error messages - some state isy not online, one says socket failure, etc. (see images attached) I am completely lost, how do I repair this? Thanks ISY not online.pdf PolyGlot_Error20210804.pdf
MrBill Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 (edited) Restart the node server involved. If that doesn't solve it, you'll need to open a ticket so that they can see what's wrong with your cloud instance. support@universal-devices.com Edited August 4, 2021 by MrBill
SSamuels Posted August 4, 2021 Author Posted August 4, 2021 Thank you. Is this related? When I attempt to access my AC (cloud) by entering the URL that has always worked https://my.isy.io/isy/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/desc I get the response Proxy: HTTP error 401 401
SSamuels Posted August 4, 2021 Author Posted August 4, 2021 More symptoms: Portal --> Tools --> Information --> ISY Information = "ISY is not online"
spyder007 Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Any update on this? i'm seeing the same `Proxy: HTTP error401` when trying to hithttps://my.isy.io/api/nsmanage/xxxxxxx/config/status where XXXX is my device UUID. I can log into my ISY, and the password to the portal is correct (if it's wrong, i get a different 401 from that endpoint)
SSamuels Posted December 6, 2021 Author Posted December 6, 2021 Ultimately something interacted with one of the node servers in my Polyglot - TotalConnect2. I was unable to remove the node server from Polyglot so Michael had to do this from his end. I removed TotalConnect2 from my ISY. Once Michael removed this node server from Polyglot, I was able to log into Polyglot again. I re-added TotalConnect to Polyglot AND turned-off my 'Security' package on my Orbi 850Router (Armor security) - Armor had been causing another 'login' problem with using PLEX media app through Sonos. So.. I would start by asking Michael to removes what you believe to be the offending node server from Polyglot, you removing the node from your ISY and make sure your 'security' app/firewall is working correctly with Polyglot and re-adding the node server to Polyglot. Good Luck!
spyder007 Posted December 6, 2021 Posted December 6, 2021 Thanks @SESamuels ! I have a support ticket in, hopefully they can help!
