a few weeks ago, i went to modify one of my programs, and discovered that many of my programs are missing, at least in the console. i keep three folders for organization: basics, evening, and morning. my programs in basics are still there, but nothing shows up in morning or evening. They programs are still on the device, and running; lights are going on and off.

in the java console, i see these:

  • D2D Parse error: D2D_UNEXPECTED_TAG_IN_THEN, tag=cmd, num=T_CMD, nest=3, parent=then, state=T_THEN, data=

Any ideas on how to fix? or even clear all the programs from the ISY-944 without losing all of my device info? thanks!

What version of the ISY firmware and UI are you running?

oops, should've included that:

FW is UD994 v5.0.16

UI is UD994 v4.7.3

product is: ISY 994i PRO, OpenADR, Zwave

do i need updates?

There lies your problem, your firmware and UI must be the same version. Once you update your UI all your programs should be visible.

You should probably update the ISY to the latest version as well

thanks. i assume i can find instructions on doing this in the user guide?

Click on the link below for instructions. Note that the current version of the firmware does not support the 300 series Zwave dongle. Do you know what version you have?

no z-wave in use, so no worries on that account.

Thanks for the help, Techman! updating my FW fixed the problem. :-)
