99i reset question

I am new to 99i. Ran into some issues in reading existing links. Decided to do a factory reset on all insteon devices and start over. My problem is how do I start with a clean 99i. I have tried a reset of the 99i, tried deleting the devices in the 99i, nothing will delete.

 

How can I get it to start from scratch?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
