ISY not online

Is anyone else seeing errors when trying to use the connectivity tools on the portal (Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT)?  I thought maybe there was maintenance happening this weekend but I am still getting the errors.  I have been on version 5.3.3 for a long time so that's not the issue.  Reboots, refreshes on the portal and on the ISY for the portals have not helped.

Thanks!

you might want to check the ISY error log to see if there are any clues.  You might also want to open a ticket: support@universal-devices.com so they can check your portal instance... not all of us run in the same virtual cloud space.

Thanks, I checked and it looks like there are a ton of -170001 errors.  On the wiki -170000 means web module has no free space.  Any ideas how to correct that before I create a ticket?

Look for programs that constantly hit on Ethernet comms without enough break. Your ISY is likely complaining it is too busy to empty the Ethernet cache either going in or out. Look for flashing program icons and busy events scrolling by constantly. Check your program summary and sort programs by last executed, watching for constantly updating times.

I did not find anything flashing or scrolling events in the event viewer.  I even changed the IP of the ISY to make sure something external was causing it.  I also hard reset the ISY and nothing has cured the issue.  Time open a ticket.

Did you try replacing your Ethernet cable to your ISY? It is possible you have a broken or intermittent conductor.

open a ticket.  include the error log.  support@universal-devices.com

@MrBill, ticket open, thanks.  @larryllix, great idea but unfortunately it did not help.  :(

Thanks to both of you!

That was fast and it is now working again, and below was Michel's response.  I do  not know how I deleted the node server from the ISY but you'd think there should be some sort of error if you get in this situation.

Thank you Brent. The issue seems to be that you have removed your Rachio node server from ISY but not from PGC. So, it keeps trying to update values (20 per second) and causes a bottleneck. Please remove Rachio from the cloud and you should be OK.

With kind regards,
