Hi

my name is john .

I am getting a parse error when I go to my universal devices page and check my lighting and Elk setup. I have made no changes at home and it was working up until a couple of weeks ago. One feature that made me suspicious of a problem is when I open the front door which would automatically turn on the hall lights , now doesn’t anymore??

but I will try tonight.

am I just unplugging the power to the ISY device then Re plugging back in.?

That's one way, and perfectly acceptable.

I don't have an ELK, so I can't say if there is an equivalent procedure for that equipment. 

Let us know if it helps.  there are others here with ELK equipment.
