UD Mobile - Hangs

Running the latest version of UD Mobile on IOS.  Cannot sync, during the sync it just sits at "Getting NLS Objects for Family: 10. Instance: 3" with a spinning wheel.  Just sits there with spinning wheel, no error messages.  No idea how to fix it.

Was working fine for months before the latest upgrade to UD Mobile.  Running 5.3.3 on the ISY.

Hi @jwagner010,

We only have one crash reported on version 0.4.7. so this may be something on the local system or an install issue.

I recently had a similar crash in development which was related to an installation compile problem.  If this is the same a reinstall may fix the issue.  Before reinstall please first reboot the device and the ISY then try sync again.

If that does not work please backup you setup then uninstall the app, reinstall run sync.  If everything syncs ok reinstall the backup and try sync again.

I will provide additional instructions if the above does not resolve the issue.

Uninstalled app, rebooted device, rebooted ISY, reinstalled app and tried to re-sync. The sync still has same issue just sits there with spinning wheel at this stage indefinitely

Thanks.  Issues with both UD Mobile and Dyson Node Server found.  The next version of UD Mobile will no longer stop synchronization for failed UTF8 encoding.

Created pull request to fixed unsupported chars in Node Server
