Having trouble with eKeypad and 5.3.4 - some devices wont show status and variables dont show

Anyone experiencing the same?  I cant get a response from the eKepad folks.

I'm surprised eKeypad hasn't answered... they are definitely still around because I keep seeing updates to the app role through... in fact v3.6.10 just hit the app store 2 days ago.   Are you up to date on app updates?

I've actually quit using eKeypad but anytime I emailed them in the past he always responded promptly.
